Poor Sidewalks in Front of Turkish Embassy Repaired

The South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency deployed its personnel to repair the sidewalks of Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan Timur Urban Village, Setiabudi Sub-district, or right in front of the Turkish Embassy.

Setiabudi Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Akli Naim said that the sidewalk repairs were carried out 25 meters long and 2.5 meters wide.
"Repairs were made, as it was damaged, the cement castings were already cracked and wavy," he expressed, Thursday (2/2).

Those workers also repaired eight manhole covers of storm drains that are damaged.
"Currently, the construction is only 20 percent and is targeted to be completed in the next month. With repair, the sidewalk looks neat. Likewise, with the repair of the storm drains, hopefully, it can anticipate puddles during heavy rains," he closed.
